My current role involves leading various business units and working with their leadership, focusing on People and Foundational principles for good design and process (Quality & Reliability). “Good” being “Job well done, on time, on budget, people excited”.My recharge is by spending precious time with my wife and two dogs, spending time with family and friends, or embarking on ambitious DIY projects or surfing. Where there is opportunity - my time is spent learning, thinking and exploring innovative approaches to leadership, organizational excellence and profitability centered on reliability and quality principles. Continually building on observed gains from start up initiatives that I’ve led and built: integration of AI-assisted algorithms, designed-for-collaboration mechanisms, and visual cause and effect mapping.
