Reporting directly into the Chief Development Officer.In this expanded role as Senior Manager, Residence Development, I will spearhead the process of locating and establishing Amica’s presentation centres for all new developments across the growing portfolio. I will also continue to oversee the strategic planning and implementation of signage initiatives for all projects to ensure the adherence of design and brand standards and to drive successful awareness of the brand. Moreover, I will continue collaborate with our Site Development Ambassador to execute public engagement initiatives that build and sustain key stakeholder relations throughout our developing communities.

Supporting the Chief Development Officer as well as the senior leadership team in evaluating future potential development sites from a brand fit perspective. This is a key role in collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization and with our development partners to build and communicate a vision and strategy for how Amica will be successful. Also understand the local consumer needs, preferences and psychographics and formulate a positioning on all future residences.

In this role, I will support the companies growing development pipeline. Reporting directly into the Chief Marketing Officer with a dotted line into the Director, Brand Marketing, Dan will work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organization and with our development partners to evaluate future potential development sites from a brand fit perspective. I will support the senior leadership team in building and communicating a vision for how Amica will win in that market; understand the local consumer needs and preferences and formulate a position on the future residence. I will work with our development partners and design professionals through the application process to assess communication needs with local city councilors and community influencers and ensure the Amica brand and reputation is protected through the development application phase.

Reporting into the Director of Marketing and is responsible for creating, executing and managing marketing communications and activities designed to grow the Amica brand and drive business results. This role will plan and deliver internal and external communications to positively impact the brand image as well as work with internal members of the management team and our residences to create desired marketing materials and collaborate with agencies as required.

• Coordinate external agency relationships on the preparation of the annual media and marketing plan and advertising development• Work with internal members of the management team to create desired marketing materials and collaborate with agencies as required• Maintain and build the brand using imagery and logo in line with brand standards and identity. • Planning, tracking and maintenance of annual budgets• Oversee all Developmental, Pre-Open, and Community Brand Signage.• Provide preparation and on-site event support to the Brand Ambassador program throughout Canada.
