Reporting directly into the Chief Development Officer.In this expanded role as Senior Manager, Residence Development, I will spearhead the process of locating and establishing Amica’s presentation centres for all new developments across the growing portfolio. I will also continue to oversee the strategic planning and implementation of signage initiatives.

• Coordinate external agency relationships on the preparation of the annual media and marketing plan and advertising development
• Work with internal members of the management team to create desired marketing materials and collaborate with agencies as required
• Maintain and build the brand using imagery and logo in line with brand standards and identity.

• Oversee all Developmental, Pre-Open, and Community Brand Signage.
