Channel 5 and ITV for children’s programming, Showtime for live football and boxing, also working with many independent production companies such as Endemol, North One and Maverick. Responsible for co-ordination, budgeting and planning for a wide variety of large scale events for Viacom employees across all brands, including MTV, VH1, Showtime and Paramount Pictures. This included the roll out of internal discount programs, volunteer and community service projects and holiday parties for over 1,000 employees­Part of the organising committee for the highly successful Christmas Party held at the Twin Towers arranging the theme, invitations, catering and music. Planned company picnic with activities such as live band performances, sports and catering. Both events were attended by over 1000 employees. ­Organised internal and external team building sporting events such as baseball and tennis tournaments.­Team Leader for the Viacom Team Aids Walk New York 1999 with a team of 600 participants – Total fund raised was $140,000 and we were the top fundraising team in NYC. This also included my attendance at meetings with Aids Walk Charity committee and planning all fundraising activities such as silent auction and donations in the lead up to the event, designing the t-shirts for Viacom employees to wear on the day.
