I’m a senior management consultant who loves to solve problems. Being an engineer at heart, I like to understand how things work and what makes it tick. This is what has helped me be successful in my projects. By quickly understanding a problem and translating that for everyone to understand, and I’ve been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to pair that problem solving mindset with my interest in business and technology.I’ve played many hats throughout my career, but the positions I’ve enjoyed most were working with a small team to help clients understand what it takes to get from here to their future. In this role I was responsible as the Functional Lead for the implementation of the Absence and Onboarding modules on Oracle HCM Cloud, for a global IT merger.This role involved hosting global design workshops to educate the client on a cloud solution and to bring together the requirements from 20 countries across two legacy companies.
