I have extensive knowledge of the equipment I sell as well as the use and maintenance of said equipment. I also am extremely skilled at solving customer related problems. I have received fifteen customer service awards and three loss prevention award from the corporate office. I am the direct supervisor of 24 people and am responsible for the operation and management of the Receiving, Freight flow, and Delivery departments. I am the primary trainer for the forklift operators in which I supervise the education and directly oversee the practical training of potential forklift operators.As a safety team member, I make frequent tours throughout the store to ensure the environment is safe for employees and customers, this duty also includes providing basic instruction to employees concerning safety procedures and Hazmat disposal. I also act as the manager on duty, responding to a wide array of issues ranging from customer concerns, emergency situations, and facility maintenance and repair. Show less
