Nearmap was in the process of moving the entire company and all of the IT and company assets from the WA Perth office to NSW Sydney when I began working at Nearmap.I coordinated and ensured that the packaging and shipment of all IT assets in the relocation of the offices went successfuly and smoothly.I was in charge of the first and second level helpdesk support for office staff and employees working out of office.After the office move was complete I was in charge of ensuring survey media was downloaded and procesed in a timely fashion.I created user accounts with Active Directory, configured and provisioned new computers, VOIP phones and other systems for new staff.I also provided help desk and IT support for the office.
