Dr. Daniel Rodriguez brings a unique blend of public and private experience to his present position as a Volunteer Leader for AARP Oregon and AARP National. Trained as an educator, he earned his doctorate from Columbia University in New York City where he also served as an associate professor.He also worked as an Executive Recruiter for the State of Oregon. Dr. Rodriguez presently serves on the AARP Oregon Executive council and is a member of AARP's inaugural Volunteer Leader Institute. He also teaches workshops in Social Security, Medicare, Finding Work for the 50+ Worker, and Medicare Fraud. Dr Rodriguez is also a presenter for the AARP program Life Reimagined.
