Simultaneously I was involved with issuing 97 Infantry fighting vehicles to a tactical unit in Europe, Coordinating the inspection team and maintenance on this equipment to ensure they are fully mission capable and handing over to the United States Government. Additional involvement with receiving a further 67 Infantry fighting vehicles, coordinating the inspection team to perform operator and maintainer inspections to identify required repairs or modifications that are still required.I have been directly involved with US Army Defender missions. Coordinating the inspection team to issue/ receive all commodities of equipment to include Infantry fighting vehicles and main battle tanks. Additional involvement with issuing equipment to training units training the Ukrainian armed forces as well as preparing fighting vehicles and tanks to be issued to the Ukrainian forces.

My role as a quality control inspector was to approve incoming and outgoing vehicles by following the 10 & 20 level technical manuals (Maintenance repair and servicing). This included Initial, In-process and final acceptance inspections. Inputting faults and verifying work is completed to the required standard and the equipment is ready for quality assurance final acceptance.Working hand in hand with the various vehicle workshops to ensure an effective working practice is maintained and all work is carried out in accordance with technical manuals and army regulations.I was listed as the secondary MWO coordinator. My role as a Turret Mechanic was to maintain, diagnose and repair the M2A3 and M3A3 infantry fighting vehicle (Bradley) fleet of vehicles within the army prepositioned stock site (APS-2). This includes preventative maintenance checks, troubleshooting and diagnostics of any faults electrical or mechanical on the hull, turret and weapon systems. I replaced bad components, re-wired, re-built and serviced vehicles to a 10 and 20 level standard. Whilst in this role I have gained comprehensive and thorough knowledge of, and skill in the full range of principles, concepts and methodology related to tracked vehicles. I had been deployed as part of a team for the Defender 2020 operations supporting the United States Army, maintaining and repairing the Bradley infantry fighting vehicles. During this time, I worked closely with BAE systems who had been deployed with us to apply modifications (MWO’s) to the Bradley’s in the APS-2 fleet. I successfully diagnosed and repaired defective components/ equipment found during the upgrades and installations. I excelled in the planning and accomplishment of a variety of difficult and complex work assignments. During my role as a print assistant I was operating and maintaining industrial printing presses using the web offset printing process. I gained a broad knowledge of skill in a range of products including pertinent quality characteristics, manufacturing methods and techniques. I became proficient with the special processes, interrelationship of functional parts and subassemblies, measurement and test techniques and developing plans calculated to insure effective control of product quality.I was responsible for resolving problems during production involving deviations from established procedures, unfamiliar situations or unusual requirements on my own initiative. Adjusting and varying the approach based on analysis of condition/ problems encountered, making determinations on conformance with requirements and coordinating corrective action or adjustments with the responsible activities.During print production my job was to prepare the press, load the hardware and software for each print job and maintain the color and fit throughout to ensure optimal print quality. During maintenance, my roles included general repairs, cleaning and servicing of the print units, robotic systems and conveyors. I joined the British Army as a Tank Driver/Gunner in an armored recon unit where I proved myself competent to complete any given task to a high standard. I deployed to Canada, Africa and Afghanistan for training and operational combat tours. I pride myself on my can-do attitude and getting the job done.
