Notable communities designed for: Livingston, Pine Creek, Belmont, Cornerstone, Glacier Ridge, Sage Hill, Alpine Park, and Homestead.·Compose Riser Diagrams for Multi-Dwelling complexes as part of outgoing IFR and IFC packages.·Various forms of Fiber and Coax calculation for practical design application.·Applying for permit types such as Pole Line Analysis, Utility Line Assignments, High Pressure Pipeline Crossings, in multiple municipalities.·Utilization of Autocad to create clean, efficient and readable designs for purpose of construction and infrastructure activation.

· Compile and structure various Aerial, Underground, and Buried Telecommunication designs for FTTP deployment in both Residential and Commercial units. · Produce Underground Line Assignments as per municipality basis.· Utilization of SpatialNET database to update, maintain and interpret records.· Collaboration on large scale projects to produce full residential Fibre Serving Areas.

· Visited designated buildings that were up to 400 units for Fiber Optic designs.· Captured various photos and videos in preparation for Fiber layout in the building.· Liaised with Property Managers and Maintenance Workers to achieve an efficient workflow process.. Created Inside Wiring Riser Diagrams and Outside Plant Drawings depicting Entrance Cables, Panels and Fibre paths through out each building using AutoCAD. Formulated appointments with potential customers for Fibre-in-Premise Installs.. Assembled Pre-Design Packages entailing a Bill of Materials, Field Data Sheet, ISW/OSP Drawings, and various photos for approval.. Produced Fibre Installation Design Proposals for Condo Board and Building Management Approval including Word and PDF markups.. Perform duties as required such as drop off and pick up assignments.
