As a Senior Technical Sales Consultant, I now lead large-scale, complex opportunities, enhancing our engagement with significant enterprise-level clients. This role builds on my previous experience, emphasising advanced technical solutioning and strategic market insight to drive substantial revenue growth. I play a pivotal role in the formulation of comprehensive RFI and RFP documentation, drawing upon deep industry knowledge to secure prominent opportunities. My collaboration with product teams is crucial in shaping the roadmap for our offerings, ensuring they not only meet but anticipate market demands. eCommerce Consultant responsible for driving new revenue from eCommerce merchant opportunities by supporting sales teams and providing the necessary technical and market knowledge to help drive sales growth, this also includes working on RFI and RFP responses for our larger opportunities. I work closely with our product teams to help drive strategy based on current and future market requirements. Another aspect of the role is to keep our sales and relationship management teams trained up on our solutions and new products in the market.

As part of the DCU "intra" process, I had the opportunity to work as an intern in Realex Payments. My role included providing technical advice to existing customers along with guiding new customers through integrating Realex's payment gateway with their respective websites.This role gave me a great insight into the world of payments which I have a great interest in but also allowed me to improve my technical and customer service skills.
