• Reconciles cash and positions on a daily basis between our internal records, the clients’ daily reports, and the custodian/Prime Broker• Work with prime brokers to perform bank reconciliations, process journal entries, and prepare supporting financial schedules• Book subscriptions, redemptions, commitments and return of capital for fund and PE investments• Responsible for preparation of monthly NAV package and financial statements for SMA vehicles• Calculate and book management and incentive fees • Create a daily Profit and Loss report and reconcile to provide up to date information• Assisting with Form PF/PQR and audit process for onshore and offshore funds• Review all transaction documentation and supporting files, and understand the features of the investment transactions, accruals, etc.
