• Oversee two residence halls of 240 males and females• Supervise and mentor eight resident assistants and one assistant resident director• Responsible for dealing with residence hall discipline in association with departmental policy and in coordination with Director of Residence Life• Coordinate and supervise the opening and closing of the residence halls• Serve in a year-round on-call rotation with the other Resident Directors • Take part in hall programming and assessment as directed by the Director of Residence Life

- Completed a 225-hour senior internship with an organization that provided after-school programs for children and youth in at-risk communities - Facilitated and created both activities and lessons which focused on the social, mental, and physical growth of children and youth- Oversaw and trained volunteers who helped lead small groups and activities
