Graduated from the three-year Financial Management Program for EDENS, a real estate company that develops, owns and operates shopping centers along the East Coast and in Texas. Served as an Associate - Capital Markets, Director - Analytics, and now Vice President - Analytics. Primary focus is corporate-level Capital Markets activity, including the sourcing of equity and debt, corporate-level projections, and reporting of debt covenants. I also oversee the Company's push to improve the analysis and reporting of its operational data. Oversee ~six analysts currently in the Financial Management Program and am in charge of recruitment and training for new analysts.

Worked with Dr. Tim Chartier at Davidson College investigating several areas in Applied Mathematics including: clustering, ranking, recommendation systems, iPhone apps, etc. Some of our work dealt with ranking in Twitter. We also helped prediculous.com develop a ranking system for their website.

Investigated clustering and search engines using latent semantic indexing under Dr. Carl Meyer. Wrote paper with three other researchers which has been accepted for publication in SIAM Undergraduate Research Journal.
