Responsibilities include attending career fairs, college events, interview scheduling, managing the candidate experience, perform screening of applicants, assessment of skill levels, routing applicants appropriately, staying current with market trends, utilizing recruiting platforms, fallowing EEOC and SLA policies, networking, processing new employee paper work, collecting I9 documents, calling applicants to schedule interviews, communicating with hiring managers, collaborating with Talent Advisers, heading special projects, welcoming new employees, tracking applicants, coordinating new employee orientation (NEO), complete daily tasks in ATS, processing background checks, actively participating in meetings, and processing all new employee paperwork
