As a Detailed Inspector General (IG), serves as Inspections Branch Chief to the Army South Office of IG. As Command Coordinator for the Organizational Inspection Program (OIP), leads all coordination and synchronization efforts across Army South for all inspections and staff assistance visits, and serves as the Army South subject matter expert in Army inspection policy, ensuring compliance in managing the OIP. Team Chief in Inspections Branch, Office of the Inspector General, for the IMCOM headquarters consisting of 75 worldwide U.S. Army garrisons, four regional headquarters, and serving 117,000 Soldiers and Civilians. Provides a range of Inspector General (IG) practices to include educational compliance, command support, comprehensive investigations, regulation inquiries, assistance, and organizational inspections.• Selected as IG Team Chief for the triennial Inspection of Armed Forces Recreation Centers (AFRC), assuming the inspection mission from DAIG three years prior to projected agency hand-off.• Coordinated and synchronized with Organization Inspection Program (OIP) working groups planning effort as IG representative for IMCOM OIP and served lead instructor for all Temporary IG and SME training resulting in over 300 personnel trained on Army Inspection Policy.• Supervised and led inspection team for IMCOM's support of the 2014 Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) Inspection, 2013 Sexual Harassment/Assault Response & Prevention

Chief Intelligence planner for III Corps responsible for developing, coordinating and preparing Intelligence support for the Corps operational plans and threat analysis. Provided executive level leadership to formulate, de-conflict and synchronize the collective training programs supporting Military Intelligence formations preparing for combat deployment under the Army Force Generation (ARFORGEN) process.• Executed and managed the $2.4 million upgrade construction III Corps top secret Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). Planned, lead and executed the Design Charrette for upgrading the III Corps SCIF, incorporating Department of the Army (DA)-G2 and FORSCOM Intelligence Readiness Operations Center (IROC) strategy, resulting in a saving of $230K from the original cost estimates. Coordinated daily with the Army Corps of Engineers and the building contractor on all aspects of the demolition, construction and final inspection.• Intelligence representative to the control White Cell during the III Corps staff exercise and Warfighter Ramp-up Exercise providing over 200 enemy situation scripted injects for all computer based scenario models and modifying the scenario during the exercise to meet the commanding generals training requirements.

Iii Corps, Fort Hood, Texas, United States

Operations Officer for a deployed 1,300 man Battlefield Surveillance Brigade (BfSB). Conducting Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations across the entire Iraqi theater of operations in support of Multinational Corps-Iraq (MNC-I). Administered combat operations and actionable intelligence daily with multi-agency, joint interagency and conventional forces in combat area of operations.• Streamlined all brigade training and executed the deployment of a 1,300 man Battlefield Surveillance Brigade to 45 separate locations in the Iraqi theater of operations.• Coordinated and executed the move of Task Force 504 and brigade headquarters from Tal-Afar MND-N (over 500 kilometers and 8 domiciles) to MND-South, while establishing quarters and operations for 150 intelligence Soldiers and constructing the Task Force initial operating capability, 8 days prior to deadline.

66Th Military Intelligence Brigade, Weisbaden, Germany

Performs duties as second-in-command; responsible for directing and supervising the primary staff and special staff; establishes and maintains standard operating procedures; assembles and supervises staff during the decision-making process to ensure a coordinated, synchronized plan; oversees deployment readiness of the battalion including ground and aviation maintenance operations.• Administered an annual budget of $5.1 million, ensuring good stewardship and deliberate execution in support of the Warfighter; including the reallocation of $2.1 million aviation specific funds into Congressional mandated channels.• Research and planning for the acquisition of over $2 million of investment for a new SCIF on Wiesbaden Army Airfield, coordinated the effort to build a state-of-the-art facility capable of supporting national intelligence interests well into the 21st century.• Assumed responsibility of the motor maintenance program and improved the vehicle and equipment maintenance rate from 63% to over 91%.
