In this context I have worked in Commercial BT, a strategic area for the company, as it had the responsibility of modernizing and standardizing regionally commercial operations.Business Process Expert in Commercial BT having as main responsibilities:- Implementation of projects in commercial areas with local and/or regional scope in the 7 countries of Latin America SAB Miller has operations guaranteeing the fulfillment of business requirements, timelines, quality and budget. Among the biggest projects implemented are Salesforce.com SDK (Ecuador) and SAP CRM (Ecuador).- Standardization of processes regionally proposing enhancements and spreading the best practices along the region. Perform benchmarks with other SAB Miller operations in a Global scale. Coordinate Commercial Communities of Practices (CoP), periodic meeting with operational experts of different countries to discuss and share best practices.- Study and proposal of innovative changes in the business. For example cashless payment methods and e-commerce aiming the reducction of cash manipulation in daily operations.

Commercial Finance Trainee having as main responsabilities:- Implementation of projects aiming the optimization of processes in credit assignation, collection and payment methods in the company's Latin-american operations- Guarantee the fulfillment of the business requirements for the business regionally, according to specific project agreed milestones, timelines, scope, quality- Support the measurement of the adoption of delivered solutions through Post Implementation Reviews- Commercial Finance Communities management: Support meetings, standardize information collection and promote sharing of best practices among the countries of the Region

Logistics and Distribution Trainee in Business Transformation VP, SAB Miller's Centralized Project Vice-Presidency for LatAm. Among my main responsibilities were:- Implementation of projects with the objective of optimize distribution processes between Distribution Centers (CD's) and Points of Sales (POS). Responsible for tracking project's evolution and measure it through KPI's developed especially for these projects.- Support the project manager and coordinate with the different areas (IT, Business Areas, External Vendors, etc.) the project's execution guaranteeing the fulfillment of business requirements, timelines, quality, etc.- Measure the adoption of projects delivered periodically through Post Implementation Reviews.
