I led a team of recruitment analysts to recruit graduates and apprentices for the company's regional offices in North East England and Scotland.Key Responsibilities• Developed and executed a comprehensive early talent recruitment strategy with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.• Managed full-cycle recruitment for graduate and apprenticeship programs, successfully placing 150+ candidates per year in North East England and Scotland across various departments including software engineering, consulting, and operations.• Established partnerships with 10+ universities, building strong relationships with career services, computer science departments, and student organisations to increase brand awareness and source high-quality candidates.• Managed a team of 3 recruitment analysts, ensuring smooth operations in candidate outreach, assessment centre management, and onboarding processes.• Organised and delivered online and on-campus recruitment events such as information sessions, university lectures, hackathons, mock interviews, female-focused talks, and Black heritage events.• Managed relationships with third party organisations and platforms such as Bright Network, Handshake, GTI, Gradcracker, STEM Women, and Beamery to maximise talent pool outreach.• Utilised Microsoft Power BI to analyse pipeline data and make informed decisions about recruitment activities.• Produced reports and held regular meetings with key internal stakeholders to keep them updated about recruitment progress. • Conducted interviews and assessed 250+ candidates per year at assessment centres. • Sourced interviewers for technical interviews and delivered interview training sessions.
