Created and served as chair of the Strategic Enrollment Management Committee, designed to assist in the development of an enrollment management philosophy at Saint Mary's.Chaired the Retention Committee, a group composed of faculty, staff and students, which evaluated and implemented strategies designed to have a positive impact on student satisfaction on.

Provided leadership for the Office of Admission, including five clerical and nine professionals. Implemented a regional admission program to assist with enrollment objectives and expand market reach.Developed the St. Norbert College Research Fellows Program to provide meaning full research opportunities for first- and second-year students under the direct.

Exceeded budget expectations for freshman enrollment in four out of five years while significantly improving the academic profile of the entering class.Organized, planned ans supervised the first Virtual Open House ever hosted by a college or university. This event attracted 539 students and parents from 13 states and three foreign countries.

Supervised the implementation of a plan designed to recruit National Merit Scholars. In three years, 112 National Merit Finalists enrolled at the university. Planned and executed all marketing activities for both graduate and undergraduate enrollment.Assisted in the development of a campus-wide plan to recruit diversity students; within tow years.

New student enrollment increased 21% while average SAT scores improved more than thirty-five points.Initiated an Honors Scholarship Program designed to attract high ability applicants.Develop a regional admission program that eventually employed five off-campus representatives.
