@HP, HPE, DXC, Perspecta, and now Peraton...An Infrastructure Release Process Manager is responsible for owning the process, teaching and guiding Release Owners with plan documentation and the Repository of Lessons learned. Working closely with the Change Team. Scheduling, coordination and communication of all phases of software and hardware lifecycles. We help teams to choose tracked activities involved in the deployment of updates to software, firmware, hardware, and new configurations into all environments. In the Federal Reserve TWAI; I facilitate Release meetings and develop the Release recommendation and Release deployment plan based on input from multiple stakeholders within various teams. The Release and Deployment Management team identifies priorities, conflicts, dependencies, and risks for the Release. We maintain a Calendar that we use to communicate and coordinate and protect changes. We prevent work collisions. Perhaps most importantly the Release and Change processes provide insight and awareness to customers and support teams by documenting and communicating forth coming changes with regard to impact for stakeholders.Career level: Process GuruI currently make use of the process rules/governance on a daily basis. I have a wealth of knowledge in application of the process, standards, principles and theories including over 6 years of process experience. I continuously push for process improvements.
