This is a start-up company where we have built the gym from scratch and created a culture and location that people call their second home. In our first year, we increased our member numbers from 200 to 850 members. Overall responsible for:- Product development: Creating training programs to fit many different needs, from the beginners level to an experiences athlete, with the customers needs and value always in mind. Ensuring customer succession and value for each member through ensuring all staff deliver a great product, every day- Team leadership of coaching staff including holding weekly team meetings, monthly medarbeidersamtaler and continuously supporting them in their development as a coach / group instructor- Product owner/ product manager for our app Play Gamlebyen (booking system), Beyond the Whiteboard-programming system, MindBodyOnline app (Fitness club management software) and True Coach online personal training app- Project Manager for various projects that we run (ex. planning and executing events, workshops, seminars and implementing a new client system)- Market and SoMe strategy- Budgeting and business development, sales and identifying new business areas- Holding Crossfit classes and personal training clients- Roster management (timelister)- General daily operations of the facility

Holding Crossfit-classes and building PT client base. This was a start-up business where I also was involved in building a good member-base and ensuring excellent customer service and happy members.

As a Head Coach I managed and operated one of Oslos largest training facilities. I was responsible for creating all the training programs for the group classes and also operative resposibility for the coaching staff. In cooperation with the owner, I restructured and reorganized the operations of the business to increase revenue and reach profitability. Main responsibilities: - Product development through creating training programs to fit many different needs, from the beginners level to Norways best Crossfit athlete.- Team leadership of coaching staff- Product owner for MindBodyOnline app (club management /booking system software), Beyond the Whiteboard app- Project Manager for various projects that we run (ex. planning and executing events, workshops, seminars and implementing a new membership booking system)- Market and SoMe strategy, sales and new business areas- Budgeting and business development- Holding Crossfit classes and personal training clients- Programming the training program /schedule on a monthly basis- Roster management (timelister)- General operations of the facility- Building a strong comradery culture and atmosphere at the gym among the members and staff through organising and holding social events and gym competitions.

Worked as a crossfit coach holding group classes every day, in addition to having my own personal training clients. I also organised and executed introduction courses for all new members teaching them about CrossFit and training/health in general.

First full-time job in Norway where I traveled around Oslo city and delivered Bootcamp classes to members of Aktiv Bootcamp. I planned and executed all classes independently and was responsible for delivering a great product.

Part-time job while studying, tasks varied from duty barista, waiter, and bartender. I was also responsible for the operations when the owner was away and had the role as the manager.

As duty manager, I helped with serving the members throughout peak times and helped organize events such as weddings, birthdays, and community meetings.

Pursuing a career as a professional football player in the UK and Israel and had various part-time jobs to fund my goal.
