Also led our enterprise strategy organization from 2009-2012 as Senior VP, Strategy and CIO.

Led global aftermarket and distribution business for Timken's Bearings and Power Transmission group, including P&L responsiblity, sales, marketing, warehousing, customer service, logistics, and strategy.

Led sales, marketing, warehousing, inventory, customer service functions globally for industrial and automotive aftermarket business. P&L responsibility.

Led the creation, staffing, and strategy / development work for the global e-business function for Timken. While in this leadership role, helped develop the concept of a new joint venture called Colinx, then helped implement the business creation via ongoing Colinx board member support in subsequent career roles.

Led integration of Ohio Alloy Steels into Latrobe Steel, P&L responsibility for Ohio Alloy entity, as well as subsequent role of leading operations of combined OH&S Special Steels entity as VP - Operations.

After serving as a board member from 2002 thru 2009, was elected as board Chairman in 2009 for a two-year term. Colinx has continued to be a very successful innovative joint venture, providing IT, warehousing and logistical services for premium brand manufacturers conducting business in North America.
