My practice at Bechtel focuses on reviewing and negotiating EPC Agreements, FEED Agreements, and Master Services Agreement in support of both small engineering projects and multi-billion-dollar construction projects pertaining to the energy industry.

My practice focused on representing various clients throughout the construction industry, including owners, general contractors, design professionals, and subcontractors. I primarily assisted clients with drafting and negotiating construction-related agreements, including Prime Contracts, EPCs, MSAs, Subcontracts, and Purchase Agreements. I also provided project development, project execution, and dispute resolution advice and assistance.

I was a transactional construction lawyer, specializing in drafting construction agreements for large and complex industrial projects, including EPC Agreements, FEED Agreements, EPCM Agreements, and other construction related agreements.

I was an Assistant United States Attorney and Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama, and I practiced in the criminal law division. As an AUSA and SAUSA, I prosecuted a wide variety of criminal cases on behalf of the United States Government.

I practiced construction law at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton, which was named the 2012 US News and World Report Construction Law Firm of the Year. As an associate in Kilpatrick's Construction Law Group, I assisted owners, contractors, and subcontractors in solving a wide variety of problems and construction disputes across the United States.
