MA Hons in Politics with Second Class Honours joint with Sociology from the University of Glasgow. My last role was as a Brand Home Host for Chivas Brothers, at the Aberlour Single Malt Distillery where I delivered memorable tutored whiskey-tasting experiences. I would provide guests guidance in the shop, as well as provide information about the distillery and act as an ambassador for the company positively presenting the brands and contributing to brand promotion My previous work included Project Coordination with the Isaro Community Initiative where I was responsible for developing, and supporting programmes focused on migrant integration and community welfare. My role included organising events which were tied to culturally significant events for our service users, an annual summer youth programme, representing Isaro during external events and presentations and conducting workshops focused on adapted methods of environmental sustainability.My previous volunteering with The People's Pantry, a community-run initiative tackling food poverty and food waste has developed my knowledge of food insecurity and specialist service user-focussed community development initiatives such as health-conscious and environmentally sustainable nutrition.I have also worked at Apex Porter Novelli, a Public Relations Agency as a Digital Content Assistant. I was responsible for drafting social media content, supporting marketing campaigns, including paid-for advertising on social media, monitoring national campaigns, social media content management, and supporting a network of clients facing digital integration during Covid-19 restrictions.
