As a Customer Consultant working within Cabot Credit Management, I interact with customers on a daily basis and deal with a variety of customers some of which are in financial difficulty. Having worked in various customer service roles over the last few years, most recently dealing with electronic payments at Lloyds Banking Group, I bring a real passion to deliver the highest standard of customer service possible, a determination to hit deadlines and SLA's, whilst adhering to both internal and external regulations, and I always strive to develop both myself and my colleagues around me.Working within this fast paced financial sector has allowed me to constantly improve my time management, leadership skills and also my presentation and communication skills through various tasks and projects that I have undertaken during my career.
