To effectively and efficiently carry out the tasks and deliver the services required of BMS under the terms of the Management Agreement with the Client for IAG House, 388 George Street, Sydney.The Facilities Manager has the primary responsibility for the delivery of the operational aspects of the Building and any other assets within the defined scope under the terms of the Management Agreements with the Building Owners.The Facilities Manager is employed by Brookfield Multiplex Services and reports directly to the General Manager / Property Manager – Commercial at IAG House, 388 George Street, Sydney.

Manage all phases of construction including Development Applications , Construction Certificates and Practical completion as required
