• Directly oversee dormitory floor of 38 first-year residents. Responsible for planning and coordinating 4social and 3 educational program events each semester. Tasked with regular check-ins with each resident,room inspections, and fostering community within the residential living space.• Delegated weekly after hours, on-call shifts for building of 700 residents. Conduct 2-3 nightly rounds ofbuilding. Provide crisis response, lockout assistance, crowd handling, emergency procedures, and follow-ups with residents when applicable.• Duties include a weekly minimum of 3 hours working residential hall front desk. Monitor security systemfor induvial entering/leaving the building, check in student’s guests, coordinate with campus police in emergencies, and provide customer service to students, parents, faculty/staff.
