• Organized over 15 events a semester including; career seminars, industry panels, webinars, corporate recruiting, and student site visits. • Constructed and implemented the “Career Development Program” resulting in 90% job placement three months post-graduation in the program’s first year. • Managed five student employees tasked with creating, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns for Career Development hosted events.• Established a social media presence for the School of Business yielding approximately 1,500 and 600 followers on Facebook and Instagram respectively in their inaugural year. • Systematized the Professional Mentor Program, including matching 40 alumni professionals, representing 10 industries, with students. Professional Tenor singing and understudying leading roles with Sarasota Opera, Martina Arroyo Foundation, Castleton Festival, and Miami Music Festival. Concert performances include Carnegie Hall and Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
