Three Bridges

In December 2019, I started work as the Project Manager for Equiniti Riskfactor. This diverse role involves;- Coordination on all customer-facing projects across the globe, including; new customer deployments, software upgrades, delivery of new functionality and changes.- Planning, deployment and coordination of technical resources across multiple international projects.- Actively Project Managing all customer-facing projects to ensure they are delivered on-time and in-budget; creating and maintaining project plans, chairing project meetings, allocating and managing actions, etc.- Working closely with EQRFs Ops Manager and Managing Director, as well as to other Equiniti Group stakeholders.- Coordination with other EQRF operational functions to ensure customer projects are delivered efficiently and stakeholder expectations are managed appropriately, including; the BD Team, Account Managers, Business Analysts, Product Team, Development and QA Team.- Contributing to budgeting and financial planning, including revenue projections based on expected delivery dates.- Circulating project highlight reports to key stakeholders on a monthly basis detailing the project ‘RAG’ status

I started working with Equiniti Riskfactor in November 2017. I am responsible for;- Technical Consultancy and troubleshooting, including; data analysis, data integrity checking, and system performance analysis.- Providing technical support for the RiskFactor system for existing customers, including; telephone support, email support, and site visits. - Creating, testing and delivering hotfixes and minor technical changes to customers, often working within customers’ own strictly defined change control processes.- Customising and configuring the RiskFactor product to meet clients’ requirements.- Carrying out system, function and regression testing, using manual and automated test scripts.- Creating detailed test plans, executing test scripts and documenting results.

As of April 2016 I was working in the role of ‘Lead Support Technician’ - the most senior member of the Technical Support team and working directly under the Customer Services Director. My duties involved everything mentioned below;-Scheduling all work to be done throughout the day within the Support team-Taking the lead on high priority projects-Recruitment – I handle all recruitment for the Support team and interview all suitable candidates-Conducting monthly appraisals with my team members going over how they have performed and how we can improve moving forwards. I also feel that this is a valuable time to get feedback on how I'm leading the team-Weekly reporting of figures to the management team-Work closely with our in house development team to implement high priority system changes on our production servers and upgrades to live builds of our bespoke software.This role has honed my management skills as I have needed to adapt my approach for each employee within my team, enabled me to work better under intense pressure, and think much better on my feet than I've had to in previous positions. I maintain the responsibilities mentioned in the below Cardinus positions.

In December 2014 I was promoted to the position of 'Support Supervisor'. My duties include everything noted below (first line support technician at Cardinus) but with the addition of taking on the teams monthly reviews along with annual appraisals, weekly reporting of performance and figures of emails and calls dealt with, and the everyday running of the team. I used this role to refine my communication and leadership skills.

My main duties were to monitor the central inbox for issues and to take calls from clients who were having problems with the software. My other tasks throughout the working day would be to raise any projects that were needed if a company had requested a change to their software and to liaise with other staff members to ensure they were up to date with any changes being made. Throughout the day I would be using Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Management Studio to accomplish these goals, this allowed me to become very competent with the SQL language.

I started at Towergate – SME division in April 2013 in my role of ‘New Business Executive’. My main duties in this role were to work as part of a team and generate leads for the sales team by calling the data I had been assigned and ask for the decision maker, if the decision maker was available I would then run through my script and ensure that they had all relevant information before asking for an insurance quotation. I called regarding many different types of insurance, including business, household, car and landlords insurance. This role has taught me how to work in a target driven environment, and how to work in call centre. It has also helped me refine my telephone manner.

In February 2012 I was promoted to become an 'Analysis Assistant' which entailed a transfer to the Technical Movements Department, and gave me the new responsibility of deciding how to move the teeth, and if needed, to undertake any space creation by filling parts of the teeth down.

My first role in Clearstep involved a number of different things: typing orthodontic diagnosis into a pre-formed template, making sure that everything was clinically accurate and laid out in the correct fashion and providing administrative support to the orthodontist by logging everything that entered the department into the management system and making sure that clinical photographs and information were of sufficient quality to diagnose the condition and produce an orthodontic treatment plan.
