Responsible for the management of the Design and construction of various New Residence halls and student related facilities at several Colleges across the State Of Massachusetts, Managed the design and construction of Marsh Hall a 500 bed residence hall with dining facility for 350 students, Viking Hall a 353 bed facility, and a new Fitness center, at Salem State University. Managed the Design and Construction a Sheehan Hall a 400 bed facility with a dining Hall for 600 students at Worcester State University. Managed the Design and Construction of the 22 story, 400 bed new residence Hall at Mass. College of Art and Design along Huntington Ave, "Avenue of the Arts"in Boston, MA. Worked on Renovation projects for Mass Art at various existing buildings.

Osterville, Cape Cod, Ma

Architect and Project manager for a Design Build firm working on custom design homes in the vacation area of Cape Cod Massachusetts. We designed and managed construction of homes in the $1 million to $15 million dollar range. We built houses on spec, for sale, as well as homes designed by other architects.

I Managed the design and Construction for a major renovation of an Historic Building on the Law Schools campus, Austin Hall, an HH Richardson Designed building. The Project include the renovation of 3 large lecture halls, classroom spaces, and the large 300 seat auditorium. All the work had to be done during 3 summers, one floor per summer when classes were not in session. We also renovated the Faculty Office building, Areeda Hall customizing each office to faculty members desires. Managed the design and construction of an addition to the Nieman Foundation office and classroom building

York Bay Development Corp was awarded development rights, the design and construction rights for a 15 million dollar multi family housing development in Bostons South End. This 74 unit development, Parmelee Court Homes, was designed by our office went through historic reviews and approvals, BRA approvals and Neighborhood reviews. The Project was financed through a patch work quilt of financing sources, using low income tax credits, MHFA financing and BRA loans. I was responsible for securing the designation, designing the building, securing financing, and managing the construction.
