·Oversee shop employees, ensure work is being done efficiently and correctly ·Train employees on proper setup and operation of machines including work offsets, tool offsets and probing ·Setup and operate mills and lathes.·prototype pre-production parts and specialty parts ·Read and understand drawings, prints and data to properly machine partsmaterial ordering and organizing per job·maintain tool inventory and track warn/broken tools·Inspect parts during and after production to ensure parts meet quality standards.·Program simple parts and fixtures to aid in current or upcoming jobs utilizing Solid works, Master cam and Fusion 360

Setup and troubleshoot programs to create precision blow molds.·  Create drilling, milling, and tapping cycles using the machines console.·  Manually machine pry points, cut off point’s and Relief ports.·  Tig weld aluminum, steel, and beryllium copper for mold repair/refinishing ·  Extract broken taps, drills, and guide pins as needed.·  Work closely with engineers to ensure properly working mold assemblies and parts.

Setup and modify programs to ensure effective and efficient machining of precision parts.· Adjust work offsets and tool offsets to maintain production.· First article inspection · Maintain and inspect High quantity high quality production parts.· Read and understand blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate machining.· Use a variety of measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, drop gauges and depth gauges to properly inspect parts during and after production.· Experience with conventional lathe and conventional mill for prototyping or quick production.·  Have personal tools and tool box.·  Basic programming with Bobcad/cam. · Experience with Haas and Fanuc controllers
