I have 13 years’ experience in education and training in the public and private sectors. I was an English Language teacher for 3 years from 2002 to 2005. I was a regional trainer/assessor for a work-based learning training provider from 2014 to 2017, before being promoted to area manager, a role I undertook for 3 years. Since then, I have worked for an awarding organisation, developing new apprenticeship standards as well as managing a team of end-point assessors.
