Daniel is a specialist in security risk assessment and the implementation of effective threat counter-measures in high-risk environments. As a former member the Royal Marines, Daniel has been responsible for the management, training, and development of personnel to conduct a diverse range of worldwide security tasks. An excellent communicator with a proven ability to positively influence operations, he has liaised, advised and trained organization’s operating in the maritime environment.

I drove highly organised coach tours throughout Europe's most popular tourist destinations. Adhering to strict European comercial driving legislation and operating in often challenging conditions, with upwards of 50 multi–national clients, I navigated some 19 countries from France to Turkey and everywhere inbetween sometimes for up to 49 days at a time. Team work and good communication was the key to making every trip a success. I was responsible for the safety of all on board passengers and luggage, camping and specialist equipment together with all legal documentation, ensuring smooth day to day running of a tightly scheduled, time pressured itinerary.

I was awarded the coveted green beret at the Commando Training Centre Royal Marines after completing 30 weeks of arduous training. I completed a 8 weeks HGV driving course at DST Leconsfield and then immediately deployed to Northern Ireland on Op Banner as a rifleman in a close combat company. I worked alongside the PSNI (Police Service Northern Ireland) undertaking peace keeping operations.In 2003 I deployed to Iraq for the initial invasion, and was tasked to supply ammunition to the advancing troops, and later on issued humanitarian aid to the affected civilians.As the hire car representative for 42 Commando, I managed all bookings for the white fleet vehicles. I gained my Cat D Coach licence and transported the troops to training areas throughout the UK.I trained alongside the US Marines in the States and deployed on various winter exercises to Norway, completing the winter novice ski survival course and the winter driving course.I spent a year as ships company aboard HMS Bulwark where I deployed on Op Calash, working on small boats within the High Risk Area in the Indian Ocean where I provided security for boarding teams.
