Railroad Maintenance and Clean-up Contractor Parrish Company; Managed two employees in the finish and clean-up of the tie job from previous year. Kept travel logs and hours.; for 11 employees of summer railroad tie crew. Fleet management and maintenance vehicles and equipment (4 two-ton trucks, 3 fork lifts/skidster loaders, and 2 pickup trucks; manager, 8 employees, overseeing every aspect of operation. Collected roughly 40,000 ties on the dual track from Green River through Rocksprings east.Maintenance of vehicles, arrangement for transportation via flatbed semis to relocate sorted ties, marketing and sale of ties, and bookkeeping and finances for the payroll for the entire operation.
