Partner with Finance, Technology Services, Library Services, Student Records and Enrollment Management.-Support the senior manager in auditing and inventorying extant knowledge bases, process guides, and policy explainers to eliminate contradictions, ensure accuracy, and keep information up to date.-Develop workbooks for faculty leaders in Google Sheets using SIS data. Guide chairs in fleshing out the skeletal SP24 course schedule to produce the final, publishable version.-Adapt to various stages of the multiphase Workday/Coursedog integration; execute schedule-building process in alignment with the current state of the software.-Provide first-line support at a physical help desk to help faculty with questions about navigating the newly reorganized academic affairs functional units.
