As a Senior Protective Security Officer at Queensland Police Service (QPS) for over five years, I have been responsible for providing security services and advice to QPS facilities, personnel, and assets. I have also contributed to the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and standards, as well as conducting security audits and assessments. With a Justice degree from QUT, I have a strong understanding of the legal and ethical aspects of security and law enforcement. In addition to my security skills, I have also developed technical and human resources skills through my previous roles as Technical Officer and Roster Clerk at QPS. As a Technical Officer, I provided technical support and troubleshooting for QPS systems and equipment, as well as liaising with external vendors and stakeholders. As a Roster Clerk, I managed the rostering and scheduling of QPS staff, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and compliance with QPS regulations. I am passionate about enhancing the safety and security of QPS and the community, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can help me achieve this goal.
