Working with a close group of passionate individuals to insure the best possible care for elderly residents, most with complex needs, in their final years. Day to day activities included, speaking to all residents to ensure their comfort and assessing what they wanted to get out of their day. Working closely with residents' families to gain a better understanding of their life before they were in care.
