-Responsible for the maintenance and repair of 30 injections machines, as well as all auxiliary machinery and facilities maintenance. -New product development, growth projects, and machinery installs. -Troubleshooting of hydraulic, electrical, and robotic applications in the plastics industry. -Programming of part picking robots. -Planning and scheduling preventative maintenance activities, as well as quickly and efficiently repair and correct issues that arise from unplanned downtime. -Process improvement, employee performance reviews and evaluations. Maintenance budgeting, KPI reporting, scheduling, and inventory tracking.

Responsible for production scheduling, labor utilization, PNL's, forecasting, inventory control, budgeting, and manpower.

Responsible for all machinery and facilities maintenance of 11 injection molding machines. Troubleshoot, repair, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic issues. Programming part picking robots. Reading blue prints, hydraulic, and electrical schematics. Helped in the design of our plants KPI reporting which is now being utilized across all 5 manufacturing facilities of American Plastics. Ohio Plastics was bought out and merged with American Plastics at which point I was relocated to Centrex Plastics as part of the merger.

-Responsible for design and robot programming of multi-robot cell palletizing systems, auto banding, and stretch wrapping. -Installed, designed, and maintained 2 metal coating line wicket ovens, as well as a dual head lithography printing press. Lines were capable of operating at a rate of 2,000 sheets per hour. -Responsible for the install, and maintenance of an RTO (regenerative thermal oxidizer) that was in tandem with the coating ovens -Worked closely with the Ohio EPA and performed many test runs to ensure the RTO was operating properly. -Responsible for all daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly logs for EPA. -Designed and installed an automated lid stamping line, producing 5 gallon lids at a rate of 55 lids per minute. 2 stage stamping process, one blanking press, one forming press, which exited into a gasket compound applicator and sent down a stage of conveyors that were programmed to stack lids before entering into the curing oven.

-Maintaining machinery for production operation. -Troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic equipment. -Reading and understanding all schematics and blue prints. -Designing and maintaining auxiliary equipment. -Reading, writing, and troubleshooting Allen Bradley RSlogix 500 on all auxiliary equipment. -Maintain large parts grinders and dust collectors.

-Responsibilities included but not limited to supervising 3rd shift production, following company production schedules, handling any and all employee related issues. -Maintaining and troubleshooting of injection molding equipment. -Programming part picking robots. -Processing for new job start ups, trials runs, and daily production processing. -Worked with a variety of machinery, and plastics. Example: polypropylene, ABS, Aceytel, nylon, Talc filled, glass filled polycarbonates, widespec, repro, etc. -Machinery included, NATCO, toshiba, ube, Cincinnati Milacron, Wittmann, Yushin, Star. -Mold setting based off of production schedule to satisfy customer demand. -Trouble shooting molding problems as a result of water flow issues, molding issues and resin issues.
