CurrentSocialize and expand the Student Insights footprint throughout KU, and ensure the targets used to track the organizational performance are appropriate and clearly explained by creating centers of excellence and identifying the relationships which can drive improvement in student responses.Through the creation of centers of excellence, the Student Insight team will accumulate student feedback, broaden the awareness of the factors impacting students’ experiences, and socialize the results created on a periodic basis. Student Insights will preserve the integrity of the data receiving from the Student Satisfaction surveys, and create specific metrics to analyze the organizational responses to student-raised concerns.By aggregating student feedback and the impact of our organizational responses, the Student Insights team will provide the business unit with actionable and meaningful feedback. As business units amend their processes, the Student Insights team can monitor, track and report on the success of their remediation efforts.
