I understand that on my own, I can get the job done, but by collaborating with others, I can elevate the product to the next level. Getting a fresh perspective on a difficult challenge always results in a stronger product.I prefer a pragmatic approach to software development. We can strive towards certain ideals as a team while still shipping better code incrementally. I don't let perfect get in the way of good and prioritize forward progress.
