• Manage all billing and tuition collection for more than 2000 families.• Coordinate Kaufman Music Center’s scholarship programs – prepare mailings, organize receipt of scholarship paperwork, and process all scholarship applications and tracks awards for billing. Serve as the direct liaison to all families who submit scholarship applications.• Monitor all scholarship budgeting for several different scholarship programs – Success through Suzuki at P.S. 161; Kaufman Music Center’s Face the Music; Young Artist Program; and for Special Music School after-school programming. • Prepare all demographic and financial reports for the Development and Business offices regarding scholarship and enrollment for both internal monitoring and the annual external financial auditing. • Track all faculty private lesson attendance. Work with faculty to resolve any lesson reporting discrepancies.• Direct administrative liaison for the Kaufman Music Center International Piano Competition, Face The Music, and Success through Suzuki @ P.S. 161 which required proficiency in Spanish as a second language• Backup registrar able to answer phone calls, emails, and in-person traffic regarding registering for all programs at Lucy Moses School
