Developed an entrepreneurship curriculum for Boston Public High School juniors and seniors, facilitating weekly mentor sessions and teaching various entrepreneurial skills while maintaining communication with school partners and volunteers, analyzing data for program improvement, conducting interviews, and creating new summer programming.

Successfully organized and managed bi-weekly large-scale mentor-mentee events, overseeing logistics, and content, including evening commitments such as college workshops, DEI workshops, and end-of-year events. Facilitated high-impact relationships between one hundred mentor-mentee pairs, providing individualized attention and case management, proactively supporting and advising relationships through regular communication. Analyzed data to strategize program changes and strengthen mentee/mentor relationships, while also supporting all aspects of program implementation and improvement, tracking pre, mid, and post-program evaluations.

Conducted monthly workshops aimed at bridging the gap between at-risk youth and local police. Facilitated productive meetings between both parties, fostering dialogue and addressing challenges in tough neighborhoods. Passionate about empowering Boston Public High School students, I offered academic coaching and mentoring while coordinating health and wellness opportunities through sports. Providing personalized postsecondary planning, I also organized school culture assemblies and events and take pride in training program assistants to further support student growth and success.
