Reporting directly to the CEO, responsibilities include managing, directing, and providing strategy oversight to the bank’s credit approval, special assets, and credit administrative functions. As part of the senior leadership of the bank, the position is responsible for setting the tone for balancing safety and soundness with fulfillment of DCB’s mission. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and recommending changes to the Loan Policy, providing guidance and support to the underwriting areas, regular interaction with senior management, directors, and partnerships with other lines of business within the Bank.
