This technology focus is underpinned by several years of serving in corporate HR functions and time spent deploying solutions in a consulting leadership capacity. In the fourth quarter of 2020, I transitioned to a new role in Human Resources helping new and existing business teams and teammates thrive, accelerating well-being innovation, and sustaining cultural momentum as an organization demonstrating Human Care every day. Additionally, I have been leading a collective set of teams in HR Mergers & Acquisitions work, working M&A activity from & through the lifecycle of identification, due diligence, integration, and divestiture. My return to HR has been a great shift in my journey, following a length stint in Technology, Digital Health, and Analytics, bringing continued growth and acceleration in the breadth of my leadership, acumen, and delivering value to constituents.Most recently, my HR responsibilities expanded to lead not only our M&A activity but also now leading our HR Business Partner team aligned to our collective Technology organization. Our team is accountable for the deliver of all aspects of IT for our aligned organization.
