While working as the ACM at New Hope I have continued to develop my management skills mentioned below; however, I have expanded said skill set to include:• Navigating both Ariba and Serrala.• Creating and submitting Intelex reports and streamlining the Hemasource ordering process.• Implementing new center practices, which have helped to document and track all DSM equipment that left the center for repair or calibrations.• Implementing a new process for tracking all Corrective Actions and reviews for all employees.• I am currently responsible for 14 staff members, which is roughly 50% of our current staff, and have spent significant time developing Seniors and Group Leaders, as well, as our MOS.

While working as the ACM at Northglenn, I was trained to perform all management tasks in the absence of the Center Manager to include, but not limited to:• Gaining experience with the WorkDay and Cloud software• Ordering supplies from Hemonetics and Hemasource• Creating the staff schedule• Participating in Corrective Actions and staff hiring.

I was the lead supervisor, ensuring the day-to-day activities of center operations were compliant with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). I gained extensive experience operating the center in the absence of the ACM and/or CM. I worked at well-developed plasma centers and was also part of the leadership team responsible for launching a new center opening. Some of these duties included, but were not limited to:• Resolving donor complaints• Participating in corrective actions• Managing Timeforce• Participating in interviews and creating the staff schedule.

As the CS and interim AMQ, I managed the Quality Department.

Larimer County Department of Natural Resources, Blue Mountain District, Emergency Medical Technician. Responsibilities included but not limited to:• Acted as the on call EMT Ranger.• Managed new DNR Ranger recruits.• Created the staff schedule.

I was responsible for 12 "at risk" teenagers which would perform various services in and around the Fort Collins Colorado area.
