I have coached the following teams: 2nd XI (2016), 5A (2017) and 6A (2018 & 2019) cricket, 7C (2016 & 2017) and 10C (2018) basketball, whilst participating in coaching at Cricket clinics. I coached the U14 Development Team to the Sunshine Coast in January 2017 (5 wins from 5), and led the U13 Development Team to Ballina in January 2018 (3 wins and 2 losses). I shaped how the players performed and left them wanting more training. Lastly, I identified individual player’s strengths and weaknesses and mentored and enhanced their performance by encouragement and constructive feedback.
