* Subject matter expert for assigned Lines of Business including the Commercial Package Policy (CGL, Property, Crime, Inland Marine), Farmowners Policy, Farm Umbrella, and all products supporting the Agribusiness Market Segment.* Research, make recommendations, and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders on new and revised product ideas for assigned LOBs.* Draft coverage forms and policyholder notices, rule pages, system requirements, make rating structure recommendations, obtain regulatory approval, provide training materials, and draft communication for new and revised products that are implemented for assigned LOBs.* Mentor new members of R&D Team on projects.
