Once you define the problem you can create a path to correcting the problem, and work to continuously improve that problem. I have solved numerous stamping problems that deal w incorrect tool and die materials; worn out tool and dies; incorrect steel grades; lubrication issues, dirt and foreign particles issues; splits, wrinkling, and many others.I believe in a 'can do' attitude. If a customer needs steel samples then I would load them in my truck and deliver them. If customers needs prototype all wheel drive power transfer units, then I would deliver them. If a garbage is overflowing then take it out and put the bag in the dumpster. If a customer calls at 9pm and needs material specifications then you email them specifications as soon as possible.If you have the TEAM mindset where everyone is working to achieve the same goals then you will work more efficiently and will solve more problems.
