Manage the transition of End User Computing Services on behalf of OptiNet (Division of Internet Solutions)Naspers decided to change Service Providers for their IT Services. The project formed part of a larger programme to transition Naspers IT Services from a European Service provider to OptiNet. The project focus was End User Support Services, which included the building of ITIL-based Service Desk capability on a ServiceNow platform.

Old Mutual Africa, by means of an RFI process, selected and contracted PM Connection to create a detail design for an Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). On behalf of PM Connection, I was the Lead Consultant on the project, which included a Senior Business Analysts and Change Management Consultant. The project which started late October 2016, was successfully completed in February 2017.
