 Oversee schedule for nurse-driven visits for vaccine-only clinics at 3 different locations Approve and maintain inventory for 9 locations Budgeted for over 14,000 vaccines, future vaccine production, CPR cost, and equipment need Implemented new processes  Lead for vaccine contracts with CMO/CQIO as clinical partners  Complete quality assurance site visits for the state vaccine program Complete questionnaires to assess provider compliance with state vaccine program requirements and guidelines Educate clinic staff on all state vaccine program requirements, including the availability of state-supplied vaccines, vaccine store, and handling, eligibility screening, use of vaccine, and recommended administration schedule Use data and resources to determine the appropriate follow-up to have our patients up to date on vaccines and physical Work with the vaccine unit, supervisor, and manager to resolve non-compliance issues as needs Provide support for administrative tasks in ongoing projects

 Set up and monitor temperature devices  Monitor CDC updates  Coordinates and provides annual and as-needed refresher training on vaccines  Assist with clinical audits, both internal and external  Train all applicable staff on the policies and procedures for vaccines  CPR administrator/lead for the organization

 Triaged up to 30 pediatric and adult patients every shift while maintaining high standards of care and supporting providers with all needs Handled paperwork for patients, assisted with recording medical histories, responded to document requests Performed daily phlebotomy, checked vital signs, collected and handled specimens, and administered vaccines  Responded to emergency calls and acted as the first responder, taking direction from providers as needed
