Current• Manage broad portfolio of claims related work including complex claims advocacy.• Have been retained and prepared reports regarding lost insurance policies and policy reconstruction relating to insurance coverage disputes.• Assisted Risk International’s clients search for and reconstruct missing insurance policies, using techniques of “insurance archaeology.” Have been retained by numerous clients to prepare insurance archaeology reports and to pursue recovery from identified lost policy carriers.• Work with large and mid-size commercial clients to identify and manage corporate risk and recommend claims control and risk management policies.• Assist with preparing Exposure Analyses (risk identification and solution vehicles); auditing insurance programs consisting of all major commercial lines and numerous specialty lines.• Complete detailed reviews of insurance policy terms and conditions and manage the bid process for insurance renewals.
